i found the staff to be helpful and friendly. my room was cleaned daily with comfortable beds. its closeness to restaurants a 7/eleven and bars was ideal.
the air conditioning in the room was quite loud making it a little difficult to sleep soundly. it could use some maintenance.

The room was spacious and very clean. I found a good wifi connection. Daily cleaning was efficient, including fresh bottled water. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of choices and cooked-to-order eggs.
The pool deck tiles are very slippery. I slipped and fell, injuring my knee, so the hotel should take action to make the tile less slippery.

i was really annoyed by the noise at night because of a nearby bar, it played live music till 3 am. it was impossible to sleep and i found it completely unacceptable that staff did not act to resolve this, i won't stay here again.

The location was convenient. Many bars and restaurants were close by. the value for money stood out to me. It seemed like a great deal. the staff was always friendly and helpful.
the pool towels were a bit small, and it was not possible to get two.
